Transnational Conference Series: "Innovation in Palliative Care as a Social, Ethical, and Healthcare Commitment”
HENKO SUMMIT
On March 20, 2024, in Valladolid, Spain, University of Maribor Presented "Experiences of Technological Innovation in Palliative Care. AI4HOPE Project". The Conference series are aimed at all those interested in innovation in palliative care, with the general goal of creating a knowledge community to strengthen palliative care (PC) entities, enhance professional training, and carry out an organizational cultural transformation by promoting innovation and adopting enabling digital technologies to facilitate integrated care (social and healthcare), continuous care (across different levels and forms of provision), scalable care (especially in rural areas), and care at patients' homes or in community living environments.
